I never considered myself a "pizza snob" until I opened a pizza shop myself. I'd eat frozen cardboard if it had sauce & cheese. 😆 But now, I expect more. Because we do MORE. We butter our crust from edge to edge with a special Italian & garlic seasoning mix. Then we add the highest quality sauce (a blend of 2 kinds) from Stanislaus, the industry leader. We pile our mozzarella cheese nice and high, so it stretches out like good pizza cheese should. Lastly, we top it with old world style pepperoni and fresh ingredients.
