Jefferson Restoration

The Jefferson house is now done. Inside and out. As many of you know we've pledged to reinvest 100% of the proceeds from Alleged into the further restoration of downtown Ogden. Now that this project is done we'll be moving on to some new properties. We went all out on this one. Each room has a 6-color paint job and exposed brick. We brought back all the original doors, moldings, radiators, floors, the staircase, etc....

FYI, the Helena project is still underway. It's just a big one that will take a little more time. Houses are much easier/faster. I need to get a few more photos of this home now that the kitchen appliances are in as well. :)
