We just wrapped up our latest Ogden Restoration project. This one is 4 blocks from the bar. It was a long vacant office space that we brought back to life as a mid-century modern live/work space. I'm sure you'll recognize a lot of similar style to Alleged. The dishwasher, range and shower glass are missing from these photos as the new tenants wanted to move in before they arrived. There are "before" photos at the end of the gallery. Thanks again for all the support that allows us to keep tackling these projects and restoring our city. There really is a ton of great architecture in this town just waiting for a little love. I'm guessing our next completion photos will come from the Helena Lofts next to Alleged. There will be 6 total and they should bring some pretty cool living options to 25th Street.
